Daily Life Course

Within this course, you will learn:

  • How to deal with stress
  • Tips for good nutrition and healthy eating
  • How to improve your sleep quality
  • How to add more physical activity to your day
  • How to manage your finances accordingly

All classes are FREE and will take place via Zoom.

The course will begin on January 7th, 2021 and end February 4th, 2021.

It will be held on Thursdays at 11am.
